What if I don't want to subscribe - can I still read the couriernews.net for free?

Currently, you have unlimited free access to the homepage and section fronts on couriernews.net. But access to "premium" content pages, including news articles and features, is limited to a number of specific views and metered. Once reached, you will need to subscribe. Your free, limited access resets every month.

How is the subscription to couriernews.net billed and is there a free trial period?

The secured online subscription service - Google One Pass is used. You will be asked to register a user name and password with Google One Pass when subscribing (if not already a registered Google user). Your credit card will then be billed once every month for the subscription service chosen. The charge will appear under the name Google * CourierNews. The first month of your subscription is free on a no-risk free trial.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time using your user name and password setup with Google One Pass. When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is one month, so your unlimited access will continue for the remainder of the month. Afterward, you will still have limited access to couriernews.net like any other visitor.

How do I cancel my online subscription to couriernews.net?

Please go to checkout.google.com where you can review your purchases. Click the "View Order" link for your subscription and then click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

I've forgotten the password to my Google account. What do I do?

Yes. We encourage links from Facebook, Twitter, search engines, blogs and social media. When you visit couriernews.net through a link from one of these channels, that article will count toward your monthly limit of free articles. Like other external links, links from search engine results will count toward your monthly limit.

Why charge for "premium" online content?

Upon reaching your monthly reading limit, you'll be asked to subscribe. Your subscription helps us continue to invest in the quality journalism you know and love. We've set the limit high enough that many readers won't encounter it. But if you're a regular reader, we hope you'll consider subscribing. You'll get unlimited access to all of our content, including articles, blog posts, video, slide shows and other features.

How do I keep track of how many articles I have read each month?

When you get close to your monthly limit, pop-up alerts will begin to appear.

Can I access my digital subscription on more than one computer?

Yes, you can access couriernews.net on any browser, on most any computer pending internet connection.

When I go on vacation, can I put my online subscription to the couriernews.net on hold?

No. couriernews.net digital content is available anywhere there's an Internet connection, so we're not offering vacation suspensions. When you put your print subscription on hold, your digital access will not be affected.

Can I create more than one couriernews.net account that corresponds to my subscription? Do you offer a "family plan"?

Currently, your online subscription to the couriernews.net is associated with one Google One Pass username and password.
