Schools spending stimulus (10/27/09)
Blytheville Public Schools have spent more than half of its first phase of funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Suzanne Kenner, coordinator of the funds, told the Blytheville School Board Monday night that the district has received $1.1 million in Title I funds so far and has spent $574,000 or 51 percent.
