Tonight, the Blytheville City Council will consider a resolution entering into a contract with SSR Ellers Inc. for mandated sewer work, a formality for a move made last month. During committee reports of the October meeting, the Council voted 5-0, with one abstention, to contract with SSR Ellers, allowing the engineering firm to bid out testing of the city's most critical sewer pipe as part of a milestone schedule agreement with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. ...
