May opening set for Greyhound station (12/21/10)
On the first weekend in May, the museum in the Blytheville Greyhound station is slated to open its doors with the first of three exhibit phases, titled "A Ride on the Dixie Line." Census: U.S. growth slowing (12/21/10)
In a live and webcast press conference this morning, the United States Census Bureau released the first wave of information made available from the 2010 Census. According to Robert M. Groves, director of the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of the United States was 308,745,538 as of April 1, 2010. This is a 9.7 percent increase from the census of 2000. The Census conducted in 1910 showed the U.S. population at only 92,000,000...
