Chamber asks city to expedite NYS measure (07/06/13)
The Greater Blytheville Area Chamber of Commerce has issued a statement to the office of Blytheville Mayor James Sanders in reference to the City Council's delay in approving an Act 9 bond issue for a $115 million expansion at Nucor-Yamato. The memo was sent to Sanders and the Council by the Chamber's Executive Director, Liz Smith, who said in an email that she was directed by the Board of Directors to forward the message after a unanimously carried motion at their June board meeting...
