Suspect sought in armed robbery

The Blytheville Police Department is looking for a man connected to an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday night at Crosstown Liquor on South Division.

Officers spoke with a Crosstown Liquor employee who said the unknown offender, described as a male, roughly 6 feet tall, wearing dark clothing and a black hooded coat, entered the store carrying a weapon and demanded cash.

The offender fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

The offender is still on the loose and a $500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
